DCPI conducts four yearly diploma degrees in Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication, Electronics and Computer engineering according to the guideline by Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). DCPI is a BTEB approved institute.
In the fast altering context of techno-eco and social realities, the vision of Dhaka Central Polytechnic Institute (DCPI) was conceptualized in 2006 by a team of committed professionals. The Institute has been founded in 2006 with affiliation of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). The Institute is managed by a team of experts under the banner of Lead Education Foundation (LEF), a Non-Government Organization (NGO), registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, GOB under the Society Registration Act 1860 to work for the causes of sustainable development through enhancement of skill and capacity among the youth segment of the society. DCPI maintains a role of highly experienced professionals and skilled technical personnel specialized in diverse disciplines and can offer the best team for almost any project related to TVET. Besides this, to meet any special requirement of a project, DCPI can pool up the best of experts in the field from home or abroad. DCPI is adequately equipped with required logistics of transports, latest survey & investigation equipment, testing equipment, laboratory, server & personal computers, licensed software etc. DCPI's technical library is run by so far the richest in the field in the country (10,000 reference books), and DCPI is operating its corporate head office with 15,000 Sft. area in Darus Salam Tower located at Darus salam, Mirpur Road of Dhaka city. We nourish human values and dignity and stresses upon participative approach. It believes that all those concerned with a decision should have a voice in its making and all those deserve and desire should access it without any financial constraint.
